This premium bourbon is first aged in alligator char barrels and then rested in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, resulting in a sweet and balanced whiskey. Rich with sherry aromas and notes of caramel and sweet cherry, fruity and nutty flavours of raisins, almonds and vanilla on the palate, medium-bodied; sip neat.
