St. Francis Cabernet Sauvignon

Layers upon layers of dark fruit, acidities and fine-grained tannins all absorbed into the fabric and silky patterned texture of this wine. Fruit sweetness, pectin acidity woven through texture and quality of tannin. It's all good.
