Tawse Cabernet Merlot

This wine is a blend of 39% Merlot with 33% Cabernet Sauvignon and 28% Cabernet Franc, each of which was aged for 16 months in French oak before the final assemblage. Its rich and ripe, with generous blackberry, cassis, plum, mixed spices, and a touch of chocolate. Drink by 2027.
