Seven Eves Sauvingnon Fume Blanc

Seven Eves is an exploration of the soils and microclimate of Macclesfield in the Adelaide Hills. From the winemakers of Somos, this is a new label with a focus on traditional varieties, coming from Saint-Clar which is in conversion to organics, and Longview, one of the great pioneers of Nebbiolo in Australia.

“We made seven wines in total hence why we called them Seven Eves. These are the great classic varieties that grow amazingly in Maccy, and we make them by doing some wholebunch on the reds and wild ferments all around. The magic rests on the fruit.”
