Suriol Azimut Blanc

A beautifully balanced wine with loads of minerality, peach skins, a slight nuttiness, bright tropical fruit, sea spray, and a lovely soft texture. Fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeast in Suriol's underground concrete tanks for only three months, on the lees with bâtonnage, unfined and thus vegan.
